Wine & Cocktails

A great hotel wouldn’t be complete without an award winning wine list and creative cocktails. We have a selection of over 200 wines, including 30 by the glass. The wines on our list range from the more obscure, such as wines from India, to the classics of Bordeaux. We are also proud to showcase our owner’s wine from the Peter Michael Winery in California. 

Our wine guy Chris will be only too happy to take you on a tour you will never forget! If cocktails are more your thing, then our team will show you the way!
